How do fees work on CopIT Store?
Joining and starting a shop on Copit Store is free. There are three basic selling fees: a listing fee, a transaction fee, and a payment processing fee.
It is free to publish a listing to your marketplace shop. An approved listing is available for purchase until the item is sold out. Once an item sells, there is a 3% transaction fee on the sale price (not including shipping costs).
Copit Store allows commission disbursal only by withdrawal mode(Bank Transfer). Vendor has to request for payment or receive pay at an agreed time span.
What do I need to do to create a shop?
It’s easy to set up a shop on Copit Store. Create a Copit Vendor account (if you don’t already have one), set your shop location, choose a shop name, create a listing, set a payment method (how you want to be paid), and finally verify your business to unlock more features and badge.
How do I get paid?
We accept payments with PayStack, funds from your sales on CopIT Store will be transferred into your bank account. We encourage sellers to use a Business account and not a Personal account. Setup your payment details in your Store Manager
Do I need a credit or debit card to create a shop?
No, a credit or debit card is not required to create a shop. To be a verified seller you have the choice to use either a National ID Card or Business Card. You will not incur any charges until you make sales on your shop.
